Here are some guidelines that may help answer a few questions for you:

• SAVE MONEY!:   We have signifigantly lowered all of our lingerie/paper prices and shipping and handling charges.  We are clearing out all of our stock and will not be selling on ebay anymore after it is all gone.  So, this is your chance to pick up a great deal!  Many items are over 50% off!
• SHIPPING:  Combined shipping is available for all items.  The items must be paid for in one single payment to qualify for a discount.  Discounted shipping is not offered just because buyers are from Canada or to local residents-shipping small parcels within Canada is often more expensive than shipping to the US so we have equal flat rates or rates a little bit higher for Eastern Canadian residents.  Confirmation emails are sent with shipment dates to keep you posted on your package.  Sorry, we do not offer local pick-up/drop-off.
• PAYMENT:  We accept PayPal only.  Please do not send cash (Yes, there are people that actually send cash!)
• POLICY:  It is our policy to make at least 3 attempts at contact to try and resolve any situation before leaving negative feedback and we hope that you will also try to do the same.  Please do not bid if you do not agree with our terms.  We actively participate in the eBay unpaid item dispute forum-upaid items will result in an unpaid item strike.
• COMMITMENT:  Customer satisfaction is very important to us so please email us if you have any questions and we will be happy to reply.  All email is welcome!!  Email is answered as soon as possible and each and every item is packaged with care and shipped within 1-2 business days.  Even though items are shipped within that time frame, shipping time alone within Canada takes 2-10 business days and 4-12 business days to the US (longer for APO addresses)
