I have been an E-Bay buyer for several years because I just love a great deal! Why pay retail when you can get the same thing cheaper on E-Bay? It just makes good sense. I began selling on E-Bay seriously at the beginning of this year because I wanted to share in the thrill of helping others purchase quality merchandise at reasonable prices.
Although I am new to selling on E-Bay, I am no stranger to providing the highest customer service to all my customers! I am very responsive and fair. I treat eveyone as I would expect to be treated. Here is my approach to E-Bay selling:
- I communicate often and until my buyers are satisfied.
- I ship daily so that there is never excessive waiting for packages to arrive. I can't control transit time but I can control when they receive the merchandise.
- I take special care in packaging your items for shipment so they are not damaged in transit.
- I buy and sell only high-quality brand name merchandise!
- All items are delivered from a smoke-free environment.
I understand that it is a frustrating experience when a seller makes a mistake during a transaction. When I have just simply made an error, I will make it right so I certainly appreciate individuals that give me the opportunity to do so before leaving negative feedback. My reputation is very important to me!
