Ebay Policies for PinUpGirlClothing.com Auctions![]() There Are No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges Items listed on Ebay are overstock merchandise, and are always listed at prices way below retail. As such, they are considered sale items and are final sale. If you're interested in an item up for auction yet would like the protection of a 14 day return policy, please purchase the item in question from our retail site. Shipping to non-U.S. Addresses is $32 USD via USPS Express Mail - No Exceptions There's a very good reason for this. Actually, there are three very good reasons. One: Tracking. Two: Insurance. Three: Speed. Any other method will lack one of the three, and will, without fail, lead to a pissed-off international customer leaving negative feedback because the item took to long to get there/never arrived/wasn't trackable. Everyone loves cheap international shipping - until something goes wrong. So no - we will not ship via a cheaper shipping method, for any reason. We will not even respond to your questions about this. If you'd like to lessen the sting of $32 international shipping, we suggest the following: Win a bunch of our auctions Combine your auction win with items purchased on our retail site Or, do both! The ONLY method of payment we accept is Paypal And here's why: First: It allows us to quickly and easily print your shipping label and ship your item. Our Ebay auctions are a small part of our shipping responsibilities each day - our first responsibility is always to our retail website customers. Therefore, our Ebay transactions need to be handled in such a way as to integrate easily with our web shipping. Second: Money orders are a gigantic pain in our collective ass. Especially in the way they have of not arriving after people claim to have mailed them weeks before. So, uh, no money orders. The end. Don't even ask. We will totally leave you feedback - as soon as you leave it for us We used to leave feedback first. It was a more innocent time, back then. That was before you'd leave someone a "OMG Super fast payment! Come back anytime LOVE YOU KTHXBYE" positive feedback, only to have the buyer in question respond with a "Seller said dress was satin, but it's nylon!" negative feedback - when satin is made from nylon, you idiot!!!!. So, yhea no. Leave us feedback, and then we'll leave it for you. We leave feedback once a week, generally on Mondays. But if we're busy, it might be Tuesday, or even Wednesday. Calm down. We'll leave it. Learn to love.Do not contact us asking us to leave you feedback. We won't respond. We'll leave feedback as promised and articulated above. We will combine your auction wins with items purchased on our retail website But, if you'd like us to do this, there's some stuff you gotta do: Place your retail order after winning the auction, and before PAYING for the auction Note your retail order number Pay for the auction using paypal, and LEAVE US A MESSAGE IN THE COMMENTS TELLING US TO COMBINE WITH YOUR WEB ORDER #_____ We will then instruct our shipping guys (and girls) to ship your auction win with your web order, and we will refund your WEB ship charge So yes, your auction ship charge is the default. That's just the way it is. If you don't follow these instructions exactly, and we end up shipping your auction and web orders separately, don't yell at us. The ONLY way we're gonna know to ship the orders together is if you follow the procedure given above. Even though we come off as jerks, we actually love our customers and want them to come back again When you win an auction, we'll send you coupons good for discounts off purchases at our retail website. If you'd like to be elegible for even bigger discounts, as well as be notified when we have private sales, go to the bottom of any page of our website and sign up for our newsletter. Only please do not message us there asking about web orders/ebay auction status. Why? Because the person managing our MySpace page has no way of accessing your web order/ebay auction details! So you'll just end up pissed off and frustrated - And nobody wants that - especially us. So, if you need to reach us, this is the best way to do it: To tell us how absolutely awesome you think we are: Add us on MySpace, then stalk/message us/comment/send us photos of you wearing our stuff To find out if your auction win has shipped: Please contact us through the Ebay messaging system - it includes the item number and is the most efficient method. If you email us direct, it wastes time, while we try to figure what the hell's going on. If you email us direct, we think you're a web order, and we spend half the day trying to locate your web order, and that's just unneccessary. So please just message us through the Ebay system. To find out the status of your web order: Find the confirmation email we sent you, and reply to it! If you deleted your order confirmation email, go to our site and click the "email" button on the top of any page and send us a status request! Oh, and one last thing If we don't have it up for auction, it's not available!. If we have something in blue, size medium up for auction, do not ask us if we have it in pink, size large.
