Pioneer Techs is a small business dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and great products. We provide local computer repair services and national (USA) sales of products on ebay. We are known for our fast ship times and polite emails. We want to treat you the way we would like to be treated. We are located near Houston, Texas. We serve all eBay users in the Continental USA. Although our main product line consists of computer hardware and software we are constantly looking to expand in different categories. We hope that you will become one of our many satisfied customers.

At this time, unless otherwise specified, we do not accept returns for our items (neither for exchange or refund). We are currently selling items that have around that we do not have duplicates of or that the items themselves have no warranty left. If an item has a return policy, warranty, or refund policy it will be listed in the description. If not listed item is AS-IS with no warranty and no refund/exchange returns allowed.

Shipping Policy

We ship via USPS, UPS, or Fedex within 1-3 business days after payment clears within Continental USA (48 States). We always provide a delivery confirmation number for USPS or a tracking number for UPS/Fedex. Our goal is to have your product on its way as soon as possible, we simply ask 1-3 business days for unforseen circumstances including weather.

We provide combined shipping discounts. Please email us for a quote or if the shipping calculator is available you can calculate from there. Ebay's checkout does the combining after all items finish, we may have to send an invoice if any discounts are given for special shipping prices.

We ask that the shipping and billing addresses be the same for security reasons.
