RETURN POLICY

Precision Industrial Tool Supply guarantees that all its products are new and free from Manufacturer's defects upon arrival. If for any reason you receive an item that is defective; we will gladly replace the item for you at our expense. If you are unsatisfied with your item upon arrival, you may return it for store credit or a refund. Customer satisfaction is our primary concern! Items returned for store credit or refunds must be returned unmarked, unused and in the original packaging. A return material authorization number must accompany all items being returned. To obtain a RMA# please call (937) 253-7007. Any returning package without a RMA# will be refused. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Warranties are offered by the manufacturer and will be honored by the manufacturer. Shipping and Handling Fees will not be refunded for returned products.


AUCTION/CONFIRMATION NOTICES

At the end of our auctions, we send Confirmation Notices to our customers via e-mail. These notices contain detailed information about our auctions such as the total amount due, remittance address and payment instructions. After we receive payments for auctions, we send payment confirmation notices to our customers via e-mail. In addition to payment confirmation notices, we also contact our customers via e-mail if payments are not received in a timely manner. This notification serves only as a reminder and insures adequate time to respond and protect payments that may be lost in the mail. We do not penalize customers for circumstances beyond their control such as lost mail or computer glitches.


SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping usually occurs two to three days after payment has been received. Please e-mail to confirm. Buyer pays actual UPS shipping & insurance, and a $2.00 handling fee for this item to be shipped to all states within the continental United States. Hawaii, Alaska & other United States Territories will ship via UPS BLUE. Canada will pay actual shipping costs plus duty fees via UPS. We will ship to PPO and FPO addresses via USPS, this may add additional shipping fees, we do not ship to PO boxes. CONSOLIDATE YOUR WINS and SAVE ON SHIPPING. However, some items will drop ship from factory and can not be combined for freight savings. Our company operates three warehouses; however, some items must be brought together to our central shipping warehouse before they will ship for the combined freight savings.
