Regular Shipping/Handling fees (you can use these fees if you cannot find a better description in our listings): S/H (with insurance) to Canada and the US: $5.00 for the first disk and $2.00 for each additional disk up to $11.00 maximum (i.e., S/H for 15 CDs is $11.00) S/H (with insurance) to ANY other country: $6.00 for the first disk and $2.00 for each additional disk up to $14.00 maximum (i.e., S/H for 15 CDs is #14.00) We ship within 3 business days (very often, much faster). Positive feedback is automatically left for you as soon as your payment is received. Nonpaying buyer alerts are filed automatically 7 days after the purchase for buyers who do not pay or do not contact us during that time. However, we do not insist that your payment is received within 7 days - there is no rush! We just ask that you send an email notifying us that your payment is on its way. IMPORTANT: we deliver our products on both CDs and DVDs. If your computer does NOT have a DVD-ROM drive (most modern computers do) please let us know before making your payment so that we send you a CD.
