What to expect on PLANET78

  • Top quality items with warranty. Everything we sell is guaranteed to be fully working on arrival and for a minimum of 90 days after that. All new/boxed items are guaranteed for a full year. Most warranties are with us, but on some factory refurbished items they may be direct with the manufacturer. This will always be clearly stated in the auction if applicable.

  • Clear Pricing. The price you bid is the price you pay (all prices are inclusive of UK VAT, VAT invoices available on request). We always show P&P charges and we don’t charge a surcharge for any of the on-line payment services we accept.


  • No rip-off P&P charges. Our P&P charges are based on the cost of the stamps and the packing materials and that’s it – no inflated P&P prices here. TIP: Always compare P&P charges before bidding!


  • Your choice of delivery options. As standard we use regular Royal Mail, but if you prefer enhanced (insured, Recorded or Special Delivery) services or another courier altogether, that’s fine. We’ll just charge you what it costs us. Personal collection (by prior appointment) is also available.


  • Super fast posting. Depending on when we receive your cleared payment for an item, we’ll make every effort to get it in the post the same day. For the fastest results, pay by Paypal or NoChex and pay as soon as possible.
