PayPal is the preferred payment method. We only ship to a address that is "Confirmed" by PayPal . We have the right to REFUSE payment. "Free Shipping" is USPS Express Mail, USPS Priority Mail or UPS for domestic shipping in continental US and Canada only. All other shipping to worldwide locations is; USPS Priority Mail International or UPS. Orders placed before 2:00 pm EST usually ship the same business day. All orders will be processed & shipped during normal business days (Monday – Friday).

Seller's return policy:

We offer exchanges or returns. A 20% restocking fee applies to ALL items returned for a refund only. Exchanges do not include shipping & handling fees. Any exchange/or return must be done within 7 days or less from receipt of item. All items shipped back for exchanges/return must be in original condition as received by buyer. The original tags must be attached and still in original NEW undamaged/unopened packaging. Please contact us with any questions/problems before returning any items. You will need a RMA #.
