Hi everyone! After 16.5 years of employment, I found myself in the same position as many, laid off due to company restructuring. I decided after so many years of working for people who didn't appreciate my efforts, that I was going to have the best boss in the world....ME!!! eBay just kind of was a natural fit for me. Let someone else take care of the technical end...and I would do what I have always loved to do....shop resale shops, yard sales, etc. I fit my work around my families needs instead of the way it had always been, my families needs around my work. I have met some absolutely fantastic people through eBay....and made some wonderful friendships. Of course there are the occassional headaches....wondering where a missing package is, etc....but I've learned patience is key. Even if an item has to go through Australia to get to the UK. I am constantly looking for interesting items and welcome emails from people who are searching for a particular item. I can't always help, but I will keep my eye out for that item. I love flower and herb gardening. My family is in to recycling and hope that more people realize how important it is to our future. I try to package my items in recyclable/biodegradable packaging, and hope my customers will recycle them.
