Fortunately for us, a friend that was a chemist for a cleaning products company. He was working on a new formula for an new odor removal product and asked if we would try it. Doubtful that *anything* would eliminate the foul odor, I applied it as instructed and prayed. Two more applications and four days later the smell was *gone*. We even had company over to the house the following Thursday (4 days later) with no fear of being embarrassed by the smell of cat spray. My wife and I were both amazed at the results. We'd tried the enzyme cleaners before with only mediocre results. If it worked at all, the smell of urine usually returned in a few days or after the first rain. Not with Odor Destroyer.
