PAYMENT OPTIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS: We accept Paypal, checks, and all major credit cards. Money orders will be verified before shipping. Checks (personal and business) have a 14-day hold period before item will be shipped. When sending payment please include the auction number and your shipping address (UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box).

RETURN POLICY: Missing or defective parts will be replaced or exchanged. We cannot provide refunds for damaged items that have been installed or misused. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not in acceptable condition. Returns must be in original condition -and must include packaging, warranty information, and instructions. Any returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving the item and needs a Return Authorization Number from ClawfootAlley.

We are not open on weekends. I do try to check the email and answer questions when I can If you didn't receive the invoice or an answer to your question or if you want your tracking number, please check your "bulk" folder. If you have email Spam filter, our email may and up in the "bulk folder" or can be burned by your server. Spam filters often malfunction. If you did not get the response, please, offer us an email address without the filter. All items covered by the insurance (if any item is lost in the mail (UPS) or received damaged You (the buyer) will receive a replacement at no extra cost. We will need a physical address as UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Thanks!
