Multiple Purchases / Combined Postage
If you are planning on buying more than one item from us and want to combine them all under one carriage charge then please do not pay for the first item straight away. Wait until you have won all the items you require then pay for them all at the same time under the same payment. This will mean you only pay one carriage charge. If you pay for each item individually then you will pay carriage for each item.

We accept payment by: Paypal, Credit or Debit Card. All payments are processed via our online eBay checkout system. All prices shown include VAT.


Shipping/Delivery
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. If there any delays with your order you will be informed via e-mail.

Quoted delivery is for UK MAINLAND only.

All items will require a signature on receipt so please ensure someone is available to accept delivery. On larger goods such as baths, bathroom suites etc the courier driver may require someone to help.

All items are for delivery ONLY, collection of orders is not possible.


Returns

Returns Policy - Returns Form & Returns Number
Returns must be made with a completed returns form. These can be downloaded from the bottom of this page.. You must email returns@plumbworld.co.ukand request a returns number so that we know to expect your return. You agree that if you send a return to us without a returns form and returns number you will pay a 0 administration fee to cover the extra work involved in processing your return.

Returns Policy - Faulty Goods
We will refund the cost of the goods and the delivery charge, please contact customerservices@plumbworld.co.uk to arrange for the goods to be collected. All returns are tested and if the item proveds not to be faulty when tested then only the product value will be refunded. You will be charged the actual cost of the delivery and the collection.

Checking Goods For Damage and Notifying Plumbworld
For small item deliveries that arrive with carriers you agree to open all boxes and thoroughly check the goods for damage on the day of delivery and notify us of any damage within 7 days of the delivery. If we are not notified of damage within 7 days we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or the carrier. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 7 days.
For bulky deliveries that arrive on pallets you agree to check the goods for damage before signing the drivers delivery note. If you sign for the goods, even if you write the words "Unchecked" or similar on the delivery note, then you are accepting that the goods arrived in good condition and later claims for damages will not be considered. If the driver refuses to wait while you check the goods then you must refuse to accept the delivery and email customerservices@plumbworld.co.uk with the details as soon as possible. If someone else is signing for the goods on your behalf you agree to advise them that the goods must be checked and you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage if they sign on your behalf and fail to check. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of you or your agent accepting goods and signing a delivery note without thoroughly checking the goods for damage.

Returns Policy - Changed Your Mind
If you change your mind about the product when you receive it you can return it at any time within 7 days for a full refund of the product cost. (30 days for products backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee).
It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us in good condition.
We suggest that you take out carrier insurance because if the goods do not arrive in re-saleable condition no refund will be made.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU WRITE OUR ADDRESS ALL OVER THE PRODUCT PACKAGING THEN THE PRODUCT IS NO LONGER IN RESALEABLE CONDITION AND YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
