Payment
We only accept PayPal. Please send payments to paypal@plumcharming.com. We
will ship the item within 3 business days (usually faster!) after
payment is received and cleared.
We ship to your PayPal primary address. If you would
like to ship the item to an alternate address, you MUST specify the
alternate address in the NOTE section when you complete payment in
PayPal.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if the payment
is not made within 7 days of check out.

Shipping

We offer flat rate shipping to destinations around the
world. We ship within 3 business days of receiving payment by
Registered Air Parcel. Buyers must pay all shipping and handling fees.
CUSTOMS FEES,
DUTIES & HANDLING FEES: Import
duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or
shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
By payment of our invoice, buyer acknowledges and assumes all
responsibility for any additional customs fees, duties or local
handling/courier fees.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages; optional
insurance is available and very highly recommended. Please understand
that international shipping can be quite expensive, especially for
heavy packages.
Most items ship by AirParcel, unless otherwise
specified. Delivery time by AirParcel is 15-20 business days (including
weekends, about 1 month). Tracking
information is only available for the U.S., Canada, UK, New Zealand,
Switzerland, Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong. If your order is being
delivered to those countries, you may track your package at http://postserv.post.gov.tw/WebMailNslookup/ENII_CertifiedMail.html
We offer combined shipping. To calculate the combined
shipping cost, pay for the heaviest item (highest shipping price), and
then add the price specified for each additional item as specified in
the eBay listing.
Expedited Shipping: Upgrade your
shipping to EMS (delivery time of 3-5 business days) for $10. Please
make a note that you want expedited shipping in the NOTE section when
you complete payment in PayPal.

Gift Wrap: Gift wrap is available for
an additonal $5 per order. Your order will be wrapped lovingly in
tissue paper, and then inserted into a translucent gold fabric gift bag
and tied with a bow.

Returns
All returns require authorization, so please contact us to request a
return merchandise authorization (RMA) number to set up a return. We
will not accept returns without a RMA clearly written on the outside of
the returned parcel.

Of course we hope you’ll love everything you receive from PlumCharming.
But if for some reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your
purchase, no problem. Just return the item to us in its original
condition within 30 days of the product's ship out date (verified by
tracking information) and we’ll be happy to issue an exchange or
refund. Exchange requests can be made for an item with the same or
lesser value and will be fulfilled according to availability. The
refund will be made to the buyer’s PayPal account (minus the actual
shipping we paid) once we receive the return product and you follow the
returns process outlined below. Gift wrap is non-refundable.
Unfortunately shipping fees are non refundable, and
return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We will
refund shipping only if, in the rare circumstance, you receive the
wrong order or the product arrives damaged.
If you receive an item that is damaged or broken, or if
we accidentally sent you the wrong item (oops!) please contact us and
we’ll send you a replacement right away. We’ll also let you know how to
send back the problem order at our expense, of course.
Returns Process
Please specify your choice of an exchange or a refund when you contact
us to set up a return.
- Please make a claim within 30 days of the product's
ship out date.
- Email us (help@plumcharming.com)
and request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number - we'll set
up the return. We will not accept returns without a RMA clearly written
on the outside of the returned parcel.
- The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt
of the RMA. For your protection, we recommend using an insured,
traceable method so you have a record of the return.
- All returned merchandise must be returned in perfect
condition, so please handle items with care. Please do not tape or
write anything on the item or the original manufacturer’s carton. In
some cases, we may charge you for the replacement of damaged, altered,
missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the
right to refuse any such items.
- Your refund will be made to the buyer’s PayPal
account once we receive the return product and you follow our returns
process.
