Who we are and why you should consider doing business with us.

We are an HP, Canon, Lexmark and brother authorized service facility for laser printers, ink based printers, laser/ink fax machines & both laser/ink multi-function devices. We have 8 years of experience in the field and have authored a total of 9 illustrated repair manuals/courses for both the novice and the expert technician. Samples of our works and full company description are available upon request.

We run a successful business and not from home.

There are a few things which we are not. We are not an end consumer who wants to offset the cost of his/her new printer/fax machine by selling off their old one. We have always wondered, if it's any good, why are they selling it in the first place. When you deal with us, you deal with certified technicians who do what we do for a living. We can answer your questions truthfully and without giving you the run around. We own the building which we occupy. We do not run our e-bay business from our den, office attic or from a laptop at a fast food joint. We run a repair facility, with a store front and a 15 space parking lot. We are on e-bay to make a living, not a killing and our flexibility will show that what we are saying is true. We can email you a full company description with pictures of our shops and copies of all our certifications for your full inspection. We can back all of our statements with facts.
