We post every package as soon as possible. On most occasions the package is processed between 24-48 hours. We do process packages on weekends, but the USPS will not deliver until Monday.

We are Located in New York, so delivery times vary depending on our proximity to you, however our speedy postage and communication policy allow us to bridge the gap by doing our part quickly. If for any reason your package has not been posted immediately, please e-mail us. In most cases it is because we do not have all of the required information.

NOTE: The USPS has changed its entire international infrastructure and Global Priority Mail is no longer available as a postage method. You can find out more directly from them by clicking here. As a result wee switched over to the comparable postage service of USPS International First Class mail. Some auctions may continue to reflect GPM as the postage method, but this is a mistake as GPM is no longer an option. Please bear with us as we weed out the remaining auctions. In the meantime, feel free to contact us if we have missed one.

We are able to undercut big-box manufacturers by offering the same product at rock bottom prices. All of the products we sell are brand new unless otherwise specified. There is only one way to offer the best product at the best price new every time- we do not accept refunds. It is for this reason that we stress that if you have a question about anything at all, that you ask ahead of time. We are qualified, fast and efficient. If the item is damaged in any way upon reception, it is your responsibility to e-mail us within 48 hours so that it can be exchanged for the same one.

We respect our customer right to privacy. All of the information specified remains confidential to us. We do not sell telemarketers lists or distribution lists. We may however follow up to your purchase by offering you discount prices on related merchandise. If it is not something you are satisfied with, at any point, you can withdraw your name from the list by e-mailing us.
