materials until you have inspected your order and are satisfied with the
product you have received.

Customers shipping
internationally must clearly indicate on the outside of the package, on
the description of goods in the customs forms that it contains return
goods. Iceberg Commerce will not accept return packages that have
import duty or tax charges applied. Once the returned items are received
in good order new ones will be sent out or a refund will be issued. If

Shipping Methods
We will combine shipping
for any order, use the buy it now option or bid in the items and l will
send you an invoice with combined shipping, you can also
visit our
store and find better deals!!
Our main office is in
Blaine, Washington with offices in Vancouver, BC as well. Some products
are drop shipped directly from our source. Depending on the product
ordered, products may ship from California, Utah, Ohio or New York or
BC. Orders will be shipped same or next day via UPS or USPS Air Mail
(subject to item availability).
Our courier of choice is
UPS for US orders, FEDEX for Canadian and International Orders. We will
ship using one of the methods selected by you at time of order. For US
destinations, choose from UPS Ground, Next Day Air Saver, or 2nd Day
Air. For Canadian destinations, choose from Fedex Ground, Fedex
Expedited, or Fedex Int' Express Saver. For all other countries, choose
from Fedex Worldwide Expedited or Worldwide Express Saver or USPS. For
Canadian and International orders, customs duties and brokerage fees are
your responsibility as we have no control over and can not predict how
much these may be. Tracking numbers for delivery confirmation will be
provided via e-mail if they are available for your shipment.
To ensure fast and
reliable delivery, we reserve the right to select other shipping methods
such as USPS or Canada Post. Please feel free to

For US and Canadian
orders tracking information will be sent with the shipping confirmation
email. For international orders tracking information is not always
offered depending on shipping method.

Depending on the shipping
method you have selected, delivery times vary between 1-5 business days
for most US and Canadian destinations and 3-10 business days for
International shipments. Depending on the product ordered, we may need a
minimum 24 to 48 hours to process your order for shipment. |
