| Please note, because of the changes in the feedback policy I will now be reporting all negative/neutral feedback to ebay for review. I spoke with ebay and I have been told that any negative feedback reported will be investigated and the buyer will be flagged by ebay and watched closely. This allows ebay to suspend those buyers who are abusing the new feedback system, which is what they want to happen. I strongly suggest to you that if you have a problem contact me, do not leave negative feedback without trying to correct the issue. Sellers have no other protection now and I must protect myself. My business practices do not warrant negative feedback, I work with all my buyers to make sure they are satisfied if given the chance. I am simply asking for the chance to do so. I clearly state in every listing I do not have a smoke-free home, so feedback left due to peoples issues w/smoke will definately be reported. If smoke bothers u, do not bid!!Thank you. |
