Hi- My name is Kristina and I am the owner/operator of Poof's Closet.  You are probably wondering where I got the name for my store.  Well, I call my daughter Poof because of her poofy hair and so I dedicate my business to her!  She is my inspiration!! My Ebay business is my second career. First and foremost I am a teacher of students with disabilities so sometimes, during the school year, my inventory dwindles- but don't fret- in the hot summer months, inventory is sizzling!!!!

Don't be fooled by imitations and AAA replicas.  I ONLY sell AUTHENTIC merchandise- items that I would buy and use myself (and do).  One of the reasons why I entered this business was to make sure that people like me, who don't have all the money in the world, were still able to purchase high end merchandise at reasonable prices.  We all would love to be able to walk into Neiman Marcus and purchase a Burberry outfit, but what are the chances of THAT happening? I'm a teacher- that's not going to happen to me in THIS lifetime : )  But, that's ok, because people do have alternatives and I am proud to offer one of those alternatives.  

P.S. I do my VERY best to make sure my customers are happy!!! If you don't have happy customers, you won't have a business!! I am proud of my 100% POSITIVE FEEDBACK and sometimes that means profits are taken away because of that, but that does NOT matter!! I am willing to make less money to put a smile on a customer's face!  If there are any issues, make sure to email me BEFORE leaving negative feedback.  Negative feedback SEVERLY impacts an Ebay business and is not needed if instead, a compromise can be negotiated.  It should ONLY be used as a last resort by the buyer AND the seller!!!
