Hello and thanks for taking the time to visit Pooh's Page.
I am updating my page so my auctions are clearly understood and there is not ever any confusion over a listing.
1.All of my items are brand new. Some are full size, some are GWP sizes, which stands for gift with purchase. Not something that was free in a store but something that I either received as a gift with purchase for a purchase I spent my personal money on or part of a lot I purchased to resell as individual pieces. PWP stands for purchase with purchase. Once again they may have came from a larger lot that I am selling items individually or in their actual meaning they are items in a special sale that after I spend so much money at the Lancome counter I can then turn around and BUY the PWP for anywhere between $25.95 and up. Nothing that I sell was a free sample.
Also because I do purchase larger lots to sell items seperate I do not have it listed in my auctions smoke free pet free home. I can not, in good faith, place that in my listing when I do not know for a fact that it may have came from a home with animals or a smoker.
2.The picture shown is of the item you will receive. Please make sure you understand the size of the item before bidding or buying. For health and sanitary reasons I can not nor will I ever under any circumstances accept a return or offer a refund for any of my make-up or skin care items.
3.All of my MAC pigment samples are transferred after the auction ends to a sterile ( and yes I mean sterile because I boil them) 5 gram container. I also boil all utensils used for the samples and wipe with alcohol wipes during the transfer process. I am/was a registered nurse so sterile techniques are my friend.
4.I am not affliated in any way, shape, form or fashion with any of the cosmetics companies I sell items from.
5.I ship TWICE A WEEK ONLY as stated in my auction. I live in a little town with 3 redlights and my post office is 30 minutes 1 way. All items are securely wrapped the exact way I would want to receive an item. I can not stand to receive an item that a seller just throws into an envelope and puts in the mail. Everything is wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in either a bubble envelope or box. Nothing I ever pack will break. It simply isn't possible. Not even if you jump up and down on it. I will gladly combine shipping as stated in my auctions on any auctions ending within 3 days of each other AS LONG AS THE ITEMS ARE PAID FOR AT THE SAME TIME.
In other words, don't win an item on Monday and pay for it then and then win something Wednesday and pay again. That causes me to be charged twice by PayPal. Please wait for me to send a combined invoice. In some auctions, it will automatically combine shipping for you but not all. 99% of my auctions I can combine shipping.
Shipping rates also include the bubble wrap and the boxes and the envelopes and trips to the post office and Ebay and PayPal fees that I incur everytime an item sells. Believe it or not those items are not free.
6.I offer insurance on every item I sell as stated in my auctions. I only charge the exact rate the post office charges me and no more. For US buyers that is $1.30 PER $50.00. For international buyers it is called registered mail and cost $7.50.
As stated in my auctions it is not required but very highly encouraged. I ship every item with Free Delivery Confirmation ( not free for me but for the buyer) but it is up to the buyer to purchase insurance. If you DO NOT purchase insurance and your item does not arrive the fault lies with you. I have confirmation of mailing the item and once it leaves my hands I can no longer control what happens to it. If you don't protect your purchase with the available insurance don't expect me to be able to do anything about it. Once it is out of my hands and it doesn't have insurance it falls on your shoulders.
And don't try and scam me. That is the whole reason behind delivery confirmation. I have had quite a few buyers email me and want to know where their item is. So I go to the post office website and type in the confirmation # and guess what every time the item has already been delivered.
7.As my auctions state I will leave feedback after it is left for me and I know you are happy with your item. Feedback is a very important part of Ebay and should always be left. Also as stated in my auctions, I will mirror all feedback received. If you leave positive you will receive a positive. If you choose to leave something else you will receive the same. There is never a reason to leave bad feedback if you read the auction fully. If you choose not to take a mere 30 seconds to leave a feedback at all then it's a no brainer I won't leave one for you. Pretty easy to understand. I have never had an item not be received. I have an excellent post office and I pack too safely to have an item damaged. My feedback speaks for itself.
Bid and Buy with confidence because you will only get the best of everything at my auctions.
8.I am online almost all day every day since I no longer work. After 3 PM when my little screaming demons get home from school I am usually not online that much. I also do not get online very much on the weekend.
I have 3 very active children and with cheerleading for the two girls and my sons activities I do not have as much time during the weekend to or after school to access my computer.
I always respond to EVERY email I receive. If you have a question DO NOT hesitate to click on

If it is during the day your response will be fairly quick. If it is at night or on the weekend there will be a slight delay. I always try and check my email before going to bed too.
9.Ebay should be an enjoyable experience for everyone involved. I have met alot of people that I very much enjoy chatting with.
10.One last thing. If you have LESS THAN 10 TOTAL FEEDBACK OR PRIVATE FEEDBACK OR ANY NON PAYING BIDDERS WITHIN THE PAST 6 MONTHS I ask for you to contact me first prior to bidding or buying or I do reserve the right to cancel your bid. Ebay charges fees when my item sells and I have had too many people buy something or bid it up very high then "change their mind". So then I am stuck paying my listing fees and my final sale fees. And they do add up quick.
11.Last let me explain a few things one more time.
Please ask all questions before buying or bidding.
There are no returns or refunds for ANY REASON. It is unsanitary to do so.
If you do not purchase insurance, I can not and will not be responsible for your item once it leaves my safe hands.
I purchase insurance on every single item I buy and if a seller doesn't offer it I WILL NOT purchase from them.Whether the item is $5.00 or $300.00 it gets insurance period.
I do apologize if this update sounds harsh. It is not meant to. But the longer I am on Ebay the more I run across people wanting something for nothing. Which really ruins Ebay for all of us that enjoy it. For all of my regular customers, I greatly value your patronage and have enjoyed all of our transactions. And for all my favorite sellers the same holds true for you.
Once again if you have any doubts about my selling stats check my feedback. I have 1 negative after close to 800 total feedbacks. And that was from someone that was new and didn't know what a GWP/PWP was.
