POLICIES: We reserve the right to end any auction.  Shipping is at buyer's expense UNLESS otherwise stated in the listing.  Shipping from Australia is AIRMAIL, or for a larger investment, Express International.  Insurance is optional, extra and at actual cost to buyer UNLESS otherwise stated in the listing.  PLEASE NOTE: Insurance is NOT available to all destinations from Australia Post.  Germany, Canada etc are NOT covered unless you ship via EMS Courier (very expensive).  We pack EXCEEDINGLY well and go over everything with a fine tooth comb prior to shipping BUT are NOT responsible for loss or damages in transit so INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Payment within 5 days of auction close, no exceptions.  Negative feedback and a non-paying buyer alert WILL be left.  Payment acceptable via Paypal from overseas customers; Australian customers may pay via Paypal; Direct Debit or Australian Postal Money Order.

ALL ITEMS ship only once funds have cleared into the bank account, NO EXCEPTIONS (too many Paypal chargebacks ROAs).  Due to the nature of this very hands on business, I ship ONCE A WEEK, on Saturdays (so if you pay on Saturday, and it clears the bank by Thursday, it will ship out that Saturday, not the day you sent the payment).

 Our studio ceramics are characterized by a superb emphasis on rich, brilliant and realistic colours and meticulous attention to  detail. These exceptional studies of  horses,  ponies, foals and long ears are all highly collectable and eminently cherished.  Each one is individually hand-made and painstakingly decorated using high-end ceramic underglazes, then finished in either diamond gloss or soft satin glaze through many firings.  Unpainted bisque on some items also available, as well as commission orders.  These exceptional figurines in kiln-fired earthenware ceramic showcase both Debbie's artistic talent as a glazing and finishing artist, together with the wonderful sculptural detail of the original pieces. Individually hand-made ceramic earthenware sculptures, cast from some of the world's best-loved current and discontinued commercial molds.  Limited editions are cast from our own PPP molds and masters by Debbie Poole.  Each horse is painstakingly finished in many layers of high-end ceramic earthenware underglazes for brilliant depth and richness of colour, through many firings.  Then final firing seals the clear diamond gloss or soft satin glaze in place.
