Our Scale for Determining Condition

• 10 (Mint) = New With Tags
• 9.5 (Near Mint) = New Without Tags or Like New
• 9 (Great) = Not quite as crisp as New or Like New, but no flaws (most items we sell fall into this category)
• 8.5 (Near Great) = one minor flaw such as a small hole or stain, or very minor fading, but otherwise great
• 8 (Very Good) = a few minor flaws, or light overall wear
• 7 (Good) = several minor flaws, but still completely wearable *
• 6 (OK) = many minor flaws or significant overall wear that give the shirt a "lived-in" look
• 5 (So-So) = item is pretty beat up but has a collectible value that overrides flaws and wear
• 4-1 (Poor to Horrible) = pretty much unwearable but may have value for collection, display, or DIY

Once you have received your item, if you are not happy with it for any reason, you can return it for a full refund. Returns must arrive back at pop-tops HQ within 14 days of buyer's receipt, as indicated by Delivery Confirmation. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. If an item was sold as "New With Tags," tags must still be attached to the garment when it is returned.

1. Please send us a message through eBay letting us know why you're returning the item so we know to expect the item coming back in the mail.
2. We will reply shortly, letting you know that we'll be expecting the item back and confirming any additional terms we may have negotiated.
3. Once the item arrives back at pop-tops HQ, we will examine it for our secret mark to make sure it was the same item we sent out.
4. We will then issue a refund through Paypal according to the agreed-upon terms.
5. We will file with eBay for cancellation of the transaction by mutual agreement, in order to secure a refund of our selling fees. You will receive an email from eBay asking if you agree to cancel the transaction - please choose "Agree." This is not the same as an unpaid item and you will not receive an unpaid strike against your account.

Using Measurements

We provide measurements along with the size on every article of clothing we sell. If the measurements differ significantly from what is average for a particular size, we always make a note of it in the listing. Older articles of clothing tend to run smaller than their modern counterparts, so the measurements are especially important for items made in the early 1990's or earlier. The best way to determine fit is to choose an article of clothing you already own that fits the way you hope the item we're selling will fit. Measure it from armpit to armpit across the front and from collar to hem down the back, and compare those measurements to the ones provided in the listing.

Combined Flat Rate Shipping

• These rates apply only to items with a flat rate shipping charge of $3.50 to the United States, $4.00 to Canada and Mexico, and $8.50 everywhere else. Most t-shirts and many sports jerseys fall into this category.
• The shipping cost for items with calculated shipping is based upon weight, so the combined shipping charge for those items is simply the sum of the two shipping charges. This rate applies to heavier items like jackets, hoodies, and hockey jerseys.
