Who We Are
A guy from Memphis who has devoted his life and career to pop music and the study of its tangled cultural roots, and a woman from a rural speck in the midwest not far from the home town of Cheap Trick. With his vast inventory and her trusty laptop and scanner, they launched PopKrazy in early 2007.
Our Business Ethos
We believe that excellent customer service is essential to our business. What does that mean? It means that we strive to be scrupulously accurate in our listing descriptions (especially because most of our items are unique or out-of-print). It means that we package every item carefully with quality packing materials and ship (Monday through Friday) within 24 hours, just as we promise. It means that we answer email questions quickly and honestly, and treat our customers with respect. The fun part of ebay comes from all the nice and interesting people we come into contact with, from all over the world and back. Which brings us to--
