Hi! I'm a 57 year old retired Marine that has a strong affection for
the classic scifi & horror films of the 50's ~ I've been collecting film memorabilia for these
genres since I was around 12 years old, & haven't slowed down ~ It would seem I have the bug!

As I'm sure you do, I have a great affection for this era's films.
I grew up wide eyed to their screens, anxiously awaiting the early Saturday Morning Matinee
& its accompanying weekly serial installment ~ The smell of fresh popped corn & Coca Cola's
that still had enough fizz to tingle the roof of the mouth, & the keen anticipation of the flick we
were all about to see ~ you could feel the excitement in the air of our darkened sanctuary ~
seems lost for today's young movie goer's & I can only feel they have been cheated

Seeing as people enjoy sharing with others their same like interests,
I have plunged head first into my pursuit & decided what better way to enjoy my semi-retirement.
I've found that I can still make a buck, & spend my time dealing with the same thing that sparked
my early interest as an adolescent young film fan

Being an avid seeker of these classic films memorabilia, I discovered early
on, that I was, 'not alone'. The very objects I sought were being hoarded by 'collectors' ~ The horror.
I have also seen prices for these treasured finds escalate 100, no sometimes to over 300 percent of what
they had been available for early on ~ I myself have succumbed to the awful end of having to sell off bits
& pieces during the slim times. I have only regret for my weakness & the good luck to have had the
foresight to appropriately save into the memory of a soul less machine these lost treasures.

These by gone era advertisements are a great way to decorate your media area,
or your private sanctuary with films that sparked the imaginations of millions, while having a direct effect
on many of the great films since ~ Along with today's technical artwork & effects, many of these old path-finders
helped breath life into a new generation of film making & thereby engraved their mark. They should be applauded
for these early efforts, as many of the independent low budget film makers of today are. These golden oldie's
tested the meddle of the pioneering writers, directors, make-up artists, producers, cameramen, & actors that paved the
way for what was to follow. Great film houses like Universal, 20th Century Fox, Paramount, United Artist, & MGM,
along with their smaller counter parts AIP, Hammer, & the early experimental cinematographers, Georges
Melies, Fritz Lang, & Tod Browning, all brought us a panorama of visual & milestone story lines that will
forever spark our imagination

I currently offer 100's of Film Stills, Lobby Cards, Posters, Ad Art, Heralds & anything else I can get my hands
on in my small individual attempt to keep these valuable adventures alive ~ All my eBay auction's are for
reproductions of Ad Art from these early films unless I state they are 'Originals' ~ All are either made from
negatives, or scanned with high end equipment to insure accuracy ~ I also process all with digital photo processing
software, removing any stains, tears, staple holes, snow, etc., to provide you with the best possible end result.
They are imaginative, colorful, & terrific conversation pieces, & all are offered at great prices.
