FEEDBACK:

I leave feedback as soon as it is left for me. Please contact me before you consider leaving a neutral or negative so I may clear up any issues you might have regarding the transaction. Please understand that both neutrals and negatives BOTH count as negatives with ebay's new feedback system and leaving one or the other can lower my search ranking (ie my items will appear after other items regardless of price, keywords, date listed/ending, etc.) and my monthly fees (good sellers get a slight discount). Please consider sending me an email if you are thinking of leaving me less than 5 stars for any or all of the feedback criteria. Those too effect my search ranking and fees, and it is helpful for me to know where/how I can improve if you found one of the areas lacking in our transaction.

Post sale stuff...

A lot of our shipping and post sale "rules" can be found on the pages of any of our listings, but just in case, here's another brief run-down.

- payment in full is due within 7 days of the purchase date. If you do not pay within that time frame, I will then send you a reminder email and if you do not respond to that, I will file with ebay to cancel the transaction and recoup my listing fees. If you can't pay within 7 days but still want the item, please contact me as soon as you know there will be an issue so we can work things out.

- items are shipped 1-2 days after payment is received (not including weekends, holidays, etc.). If you need an item ASAP, please let me know BEFORE you bid so that we can make special arrangements to get your item to you in time (ie Express Mail, etc.). Please allow time for your items to reach you after I drop them off at the post office or they are picked up by my mailman. I know the USPS says that Priority mail packages can take 2-3 days to be delivered, but that is not guaranteed and something I have no control over. Please allow for 10-14 days for packages going Internationally-especially if your country is one that typically holds items in customs for a few days or has a slower mail service. Again, that is completely out of my control.

- buyer is to pay all shipping costs. My apologies but I have no control over what the USPS charges for postage; what I do have control over is the cost of packaging and handling. Extremely rarely will you be subjected to a handling fee that is over $1, most items we ship have very minimal handling fees added on, if any. We're not here to make money off of shipping.

- delivery confirmation is automatically included on all items being shipped within the US and is non-negotiable. Insurance is required for purchases of $50 or more for items shipped within the US. Insurance is required for purchases of $100 or more for items shipped outside of the US (insurance is automatically included in Priority Mail International's cost for items totaling under $100).

- I am always happy to combine multiple orders in the same package to save you postage costs. However, I can't always guarantee that the orders will all fit in the same cheap flat rate envelope and I unfortunately have no control over the actual weight of the items by themselves and boxed. On small, lightweight pieces of fabric, I am happy with shipping the items via First Class within the US-if that is a postage option then it will always be listed in the item's shipping section on the ebay listing.

- Unfortunately at this time I only ship via Priority Mail International for items going overseas. I know that this option is more costly than First Class Mail International, but sadly Paypal at this point in time does not recognize FCMI as a "safe" mailing option as there is no way to track the package online.

- International buyers need to be aware that any taxes, fees, VAT, customs accessments, etc. are their own responsbility and not mine. I have no control over what your country may charge you for importing your purchase from the US. I also cannot mark customs declaration forms in such a way that you may potentionally get away with not having to pay these fees. All items are marked as what they are (ie "vintage fabric"), the final auction/purchase price (not including shipping), and as merchandise. To list a lower price or to declare the item as a "gift" is illegal in the US, and I'm not going to risk having to pay hefty fines over it. Please don't ask.

- If you receive an item from me that is not as it was described, please let me know immediately. I stand behind my items and want you to be happy with your purchase, so if I made a mistake in the listing or there is another issue with your item, I want to know so I can make things right. However, you are encouraged to fully read the description, view the pictures, and check the shipping costs before you bid. I cannot be held responsible if an item was as listed, but you were expecting it to be different for some reason... I'm always happy to answer any questions you may have about an item before you purchase it.
