The Sultan specializes in promotional posters of various sizes, concert handbills and rare vinyl singles. We seek to offer something unique and special for the music collector. The majority of our large inventory you really won't be able to find anywhere else.

The following are basic disclaimers which apply to all of our auctions.
Basic Simple Disclaimers
1. Please when you send payment, send a copy of the end of auction form or at the least your name, mailing address and the auction number. Politely, we are not responsible if you dont receive your item in a timely fashion if you dont give us this information.
2. We can mail large posters (anything larger than 12 inches by 18 inches) and handbills together. We can mail flats and handbills or small posters (posters that are 12 inches by 18 inches or smaller) together. We do not advise mailing flats and large posters together. If you ask us to we will but we are not responsible if anything happens to the item. We try our best to make sure nothing happens but we have no control over what happens to your item after we give it to the United States Postal Service.This also applys to mailing posters that are on heavy paper or have a perforation when mailing with large posters. We suggest mailing them flat instead of being rolled.
3. We ship all items through the United States Postal Service. They do a very good job considering the quantity of items they deal with. If you insure an item, you are insuring it with the United States Postal Service. If you have a claim it will be with them. We will do whatever we can to assist you if you have a claim. Over the years, there have been several claims through the United States Postal Service. We have run into several people who give different requirements (i.e. one post office will say that you need all the original green insurance form while other offices have just taken into account that the item says insured so they dont need the green form) at the United States Postal Service. We will do whatever we can to help. Please work with us on this.
4. By biding on this auction you agree to all the terms and conditions in the auction
5. Please work out any difficulties with us before leaving feedback. Things happen. We try to be very understanding when payments are late or some difficulty arrises from your end. A death of a loved ones more important than anything someone is auctioning on this web site. If something happens to your item we will try and work something out with you. Again we firmly suggest insurance.
6. Please ask questions if you have them before the auction ends. That way if there are any difficulties you can take action. We try desparately to answer questions within 24 hours after receiving the email. We process over 100 emails a day so sometimes one or two may slip through. Please be patient and dont expect a response in less than 5 minutes I know it souinds crazy but people have become irate since we didnt answer their email in an hour and they emailed us at 4 in the morning).
7. We try and send all posters with perforations flat. Sometimes people will purchase one of these styles of posters with another poster so they are rolled. Please Use Extreme caution when opening these styles of posters
8. Please treat us the way you would like to be treated. Vulgar language and nasty emails are offensive and we ask politely that we be treated appropriate. In any litigation or dispute between the parties, we the seller shall have the right to reimbursement of all reasonable costs and attorneys fee's if successful.
9. All posters that are rolled, are surrounded be a brown paper for protection while in transit. Please be extremely careful when opening and do not rip this paper as it will rip the poster. We are not resposible if you rip the poster.
10. We try and leave feedback once every week to two weeks. we sell a great deal of things and it is easiest to do it all at once. We are sorry for any delays in feedback and thank you for your business.
11. Please read the entire auction. There is alot of important information on every auction. If you bid on an auction you are responsible for reading the information in the auction. And you are held legally accountable by the terms in the auction and on this page.
12. Please just send one paypal. There fees are quite large. Anytime you send multiple paypals, we will send your item in the priority triangles instead of a tube.
13. All payments through paypal go first class shipping or parcel post in the United States.
14. Any Legal action taken against us will take place in The state of Texas in Hayes county

New offerings
The Sultan has recently purchased 3,000-5,000 new posters and branched out with a huge order of 130,000 (!) 7" and 12" vinyl record singles. As a result, if you check out the website frequently, you'll see that we are constantly expanding as the never-ending process of cataloguing, photographing and posting marches on.
