I ship within 24 hours of payment, weekends & holidays excepted, using USPS Priority (US, Int'l) or Express (Int'l) mail. Insurance is optional but recommended; I can't be responsible for uninsured parcels lost or damaged in transit. I charge exact shipping and offer FREE Delivery Confirmation. PLEASE NOTE: I can't properly insure parcels without disclosing their full purchase price on shipping forms, so to protect my customers and safeguard their investment, I won't undervalue purchases or mislabel purchases "gifts."

Return your original POTBELLY art to me within five <5> days of receipt, in original condition and
with all original packaging, and you'll receive a cheerful refund of your winning bid
amount. Buyer assumes all return shipping and insurance costs. This return policy applies only to original POTBELLY bears and art works. I'm sorry, but I don't offer returns on resale items such as books or personal items, including bears and dolls by artists other than myself. The only work I can guarantee is my own. Therefore, all resales are final.
