- We are established professional Surplus Liquidators and our eBay business is and has been from the beginning an integral part of our company and NOT a sideline. Through eBay we sell to customers ranging from weekend tinkerers, to commercial and industrial contractors, to buyers for small companies and Fortune 500 corporations alike, all of whom know a good value when they see it. We maintain transaction and customer information confidential.
- We have experience with the products we sell. All listings are supervised by a principal of our company who is a Chemical Engineer with 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare, food, chemical, fine chemical and  plastics industries. He has had extensive experience with industrial manufacturing and maintenance operations, contractors and product manufacturers.
- We always pass our good deals along to our customers. We want our products to move quickly, so we don't try to milk them and we always sell at low prices.
- Our auctions don't have a "Reserve" price. We don't bait customers with low starting prices only to disappoint them with high reserves.
- We offer quality merchandise. In the great majority of cases, our products are brand new, or used and in excellent condition. We don't sell junk.
- We clearly state the condition of our products and, where possible, we test used items to insure full operability.
- We purchase liquidations from quality sources and fully state where our products came from so you can be confident that they did not come from some neighborhood garage sale, junkyard or radioactive government stockpile!
- We take and use our own pictures in the vast majority of cases (except where we do not have a loose duplicate of the item and taking the sealed item out of the original packaging would affect its resaleability, or if an important feature of the item proves difficult to photograph). You are entitled to see exactly what you are bidding on!
- We are focused on our customers. We communicate promptly, clearly and thoroughly. Sometimes it takes 1/2 an hour to properly respond to an email, but we feel it's the best way to show our customers that we wish to service them well and that we know our products.
- We ship promptly and package items very well, as attested by our feedback. We have visited a customer's warehouse and seen how other eBay sellers of fragile industrial supplies package items and were apalled at the lack of care and the use of substandard packaging materials by some sellers. We saw items in boxes that we wouldn't use to throw out garbage! The least expensive item in the world is of no use to you if it arrives in more pieces than you expected!
