Upon completion of auctions I place a work order with the warehouse for your purchase to be packed. This normally take 3 business days to complete depending on their current workload. Holidays & unforseen circumstances may add to this timeframe. If you are in a hurry, please contact me prior to bidding. Once freight has been quoted, your purchase is ready to ship immediately after we receive your payment. Buyer must complete checkout within 5 business days after receipt of invoice (including shipping) or item(s) will be re-listed and negative feedback left for the non-payer.

Bidders with less than 10 positive feedback comments and/or less than 100% positive feedback ratings are required to pay for their winning auction within 48 hours of auctions end. Under these circumstances, shipping charges will be billed separately.

To obtain an estimated shipping amount before a bid, please send an e-mail with the following information: Location, indicate residential/commercial (UPS shipments), lift-gate requirements, dock availability, and if inside delivery is needed.

LOCAL PICKUPS ARE AVAILABLE ON A LIMITED BASIS - PLEASE EMAIL PRIOR TO BIDDING IF LOCAL PICKUP IS REQUIRED.

UPS IL warehouse restrictions

The following UPS restrictions apply for items shipping from our IL warehouse (their restrictions-not UPS’): 1) Item must fit into no larger than a 30 x 24 x 24 box with 3" foam and/or 2) Weigh less than 110lbs. When packed. No exceptions. (Items that do not fall within these parameters may require freight shipment on a pallet.)

Original packing - material Item must be repacked in the box it arrived in with all included foam and/or bubble wrap.
Used - This item is not new. There may be minor cosmetic damage. Anything excessive will be noted in auction.
As-is. Item has not been tested or powered up at all.

In most cases purchases of multiple items will result in skid pack for freight shipping. Individual boxing may be available at an extra charge - if this is required please contact prior to bidding for an estimate.

Items determined to be defective and under warranty must be returned in original packing materials with prior approval, for testing. We do not accept returns without the original packing material. No exceptions. Upon confirmation that the unit is defective, I will refund the original purchase price only. No shipping charges will be refunded. This policy does not pertain to items sold as-is with no warranty expressed or implied.

If freight damage is suspected, you must keep all original packing material and contact us via e-mail immediately. The lack of original packing material will void any freight claim request and we will not accept the return. Items approved and considered as damaged will be refunded after we obtain the funds through the claim process. If the item is shipped to a location other than yours, do not accept it or move it to another location. If item is removed and brought somewhere else buyer voids all freight claim requests.

The item has had a full diagnostics run, resulting in: PASSES. Any issues/problems encountered during testing are stated in the description. Any misc. software accompanying the computer is not warranteed. All equipment is used and comes with a (30) day return to depot warranty unless otherwise specified. Cosmetic condition and descriptions are subject to our determination and are NOT a warranty issue. We try to describe the equipment as accurately as possible and point out any major flaws. Minor cosmetic imperfections such as scuffs, scratches, scrapes, marks, etc., which don't affect the functionality of the item are normal in any previously owned item and are to be expected. Warranty does not cover misuse or mishandling of equipment and is not offered on user installed parts. Any defects covered under warranty must be brought to our attention within 30 days and the defective part or machine must be returned to us for inspection and/or repair or replacement. We reserve the right to repair or replace the defective part or machine with a similar or better (but not necessarily identical) part or machine within a reassonable period of time, at our sole discretion. By similar we mean functionally similar - e.g. same or higher processor speed, same or larger hard drive, etc., but not necessarily the identical brand and/or model. We would attempt to make the replacement as similar as possible, but with used equipment that's not always possible. SELLER does not guarantee the upgradability of the equipment. We don't guarantee any expansion boards are configured properly. The Buyer is responsible for configuring the machine. Notebook batteries are guaranteed to hold a charge unless noted otherwise - we don't guarantee the length of the charge. We do not offer refunds of any kind unless we are unable to repair or replace the item within a reasonable period of time. This option is solely at our discretion.
