We enjoy fishing and swimming. We like to go to the mountains in Cherokee, North Carolina and to the beaches of North Carolina, specifically, Holden Beach. These places are absolutely beautiful and have lots of attractions for everyone in the family.
We are of the Baptist faith and attend a small, local church in Eden, North Carolina. We strive to teach our children to live like today is the last day of their life. Live like Jesus is coming today. Always be proud of what you are doing so that you don't have to hang your head in shame. We also want our children to have strong, moral values. Treat everyone like they are human. Use kindness toward everyone. Treat people that appear to be homeless like they are worth a million dollars. A smile goes a long way to heal the soul of someone who needs it!

Our name is PRAYING4KIDNEY4TOMMY. We are no longer praying for a kidney. On May 13, 2008, due to the unfortunate fatal accident of a man that was 29 years old, Tommy was blessed to have this dear man's kidney. Now we are praising God for the new kidney that Tommy has. He is like a new person. For 8 years, Tommy was in really bad health, near death several times due to the fact that his kidneys were not working. One kidney was removed due to the toxic condition of it. He did improve slightly after that. We prayed and prayed for a new kidney and God gave it to him in May. We are all very thankful to God and to the family of the dear man that died on May 12th, 2008. We are all grateful to the generosity of people that donate their organs when they no loner can use them.
