"Creating a Marketplace for Buyers and Sellers of Pre-Owned Boat Equipment and Small Boats". It's our mission statement at Boaters' Resale Shop of Texas. We are a consignment based operation located in Kemah, Texas. There are over 8000 boat slips within 20 miles of our shop so we have a huge source for pre-owned equipment. The Kemah, Texas area is widely recognized as the third largest concentration of pleasure boats in the United States and may be the highest concentration of wet slips in the United States. We are here to serve these boaters and to market their pre-owned equipment worldwide. Boaters' Resale Shop of Texas Boaters' Resale Shop is owned and operated by Virtual Harbormaster, LLC, a Texas limited liability company that has been in business since 1999. Company founder, Paul Yirga, is a 20 year resident of the Galveston Bay area of Texas. Paul has been a boat owner, licensed captain, and retailer for all of those years.
