Helpful Pressure Washer Hints - September/October 2002

When washing any surface that you are going to be applying detergent to, make sure that you wait until the soap is coming out of the wand BEFORE you get the surface wet. DO NOT PRE-WET THE SURFACE!!!! You want to apply the soap from the bottom up (to avoid streaks) and rinse from the top down. Do not soap too big an area, the concern being that if you do not rinse it all in time, the sun will bake the soap on to the surface and it is not easy to get the stain out!
