Limited Warranty
ProTech Polymer Products, Ltd. warrants PRESTO!to perform substantially in accordance with the product label claims and supporting literature, including the ProTech Polymer Products, Ltd. web site and to be free from defects in materials and faulty workmanship under normal use and service for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. If, during the 5-year period, a defect in the product or the should occur, ProTech Polymer Products, Ltd. will, at it's option, either replace the product or refund the original purchase price provided you return the remaining product in the original container along with proof of purchase to ProTech Polymer Products, Ltd. ProTech Polymer Products, Ltd. entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be replacement of product or refund of the original purchase price as provided above. If failure of the product has resulted from accident, abuse, misapplication or alteration of the product, then ProTech Polymer Products, Ltd. shall have no responsibility to replace the product nor refund the original purchase price under the terms of this limited warranty.
ProTech Polymer Products, Ltd. warrants PRESTO!merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to two (2) years from the date of the original wholesale purchase of this product. There is/are no other gaurantee(s) or warranty(ies) implied or express.
IN NO EVENT SHALL PROTECH POLYMER PRODUCTS, LTD. NOR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION, DELIVERY, OR SUPPORT OF THE PRODUCT, THE PROTECH POLYMER PRODUCTS, LTD.
