Please know that we only select the finest products that we would use or wear ourselves. We only buy and sell AUTHENTIC merchandise, which we have been doing for over 10 years, so you can feel confident buying from us.
We usually take between 8 and 12 photographs of the actual item that is up for auction. Sometimes we will include a stock photo for reference only. If you need more photos, just ask. We try to take the shots as close-up as possible, so you can see exactly what you are getting. If this confuses you as to the actual size, just take a look at our measurements. We usually provide 3 dimensions of the actual item. This is usually posted right at the top of the auction. If you need more specifics, just ask.
We usually list our items for a minimum of 7 to 10 days, so there is plenty of time for you to review the entire auction. Additionally we do our best to answer all questions within 24 hours. Because we only select the finest products, we pay top dollar for them. Hence, our profit margin is quite low. This is why all sales are final. We list a very detailed, thorough description of each and every item, with precise measurements, 8-12 actual photos taken by us with our camera, and answer your questions within 24 hours. We do this to ensure you will know exactly what you are getting beforehand, since all sales are final.
We want you to be happy, so please be sure to review the entire auction, and ask any questions you may have prior to auction close. The only question we don't answer is the one that is already answered in every auction. And that is, "We ship to the US only." If you decide later that you don't really like or want the item we expect the contract to be completed as per Ebay policy. This is because of the time and money spent on each and every auction, and it's not fair to other bidders who lost out. However, we will allow you to use our pics and description to resell if you so choose. This is the only case where we will allow our pics and description to be used. All others will be reported.

MY STAND ON CUSTOMER SERVICE
I do try my very best to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. However, opinion on the condition of a pre-owned purse can be subjective, therefore I go to great lengths to describe in full detail every aspect. Additionally I take 8-12 or more photographs of the actual bag. I also take at least 3 dimensions of measurements and I'm always happy to provide more, or any other information that you might need to make an informed buying decision.
I will provide an exchange if a gross error has been made. (Or if not available a refund.) I am not a large retailer. Simply a mom trying to put my son through college. I work on a very low profit margin, and sometimes after eBay and Paypal fees I loose money. Therefore I am unable to accept a return for any reason such as buyers remorse, it's too small or too big in spite of measurements being listed, its not the exact shade of white that displayed on your monitor, etc.
Any obvious flaws will be mentioned and shown. If there are very light surface marks or light dirt that would be consistent with a pre-owned purse but it is not obvious, then it will be stated something like this: "structurely perfect or excellent shape with minimal wear."
Recently with the new eBay policies, it seems some buyers no longer feel they have to read the auction, because they will be protected by the buyer protection policy. There have been a few instances where the item was exactly as described and pictured, yet the buyer felt they wanted eBay/Paypal to decide. When that happens, I will defer to their decision. In those cases, eBay did in fact rule that my auctions were accurate.
Truly I didn't want it to come to that. I always prefer to work directly with the customer. And as always, in the rare instance of a gross error, it will be taken care of immediately. I always respond within 24 hours and usually much sooner. Thanks to all of my 8,000 happy customers and future customers. Its always a pleasure!
