All shipping originates from 34668 zip code. I do NOT charge a handling fee. Shipment will be either UPS, FedX or USPS. I prefer to ship USPS Priority Mail. I do ship internationally as well please ask about the price for international shipping before bidding. Orders are generally shipped on the day after full payment.
Auction templates have FREE shipping! Auction template will be emailed to you. If you would like an archival copy on CD-Rom, there is a $4.95 fee for this, which includes shipping plus price for the cd-rom. |

| There's no such thing as sold "as is" with me! In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Software (only exchangeable for same item if damaged, or merchandise credit if I no longer have this item), cosmetics, lingerie sales are not refundable (for health and safety reasons). Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back. |
