Packing: Items are packed and shipped in padded mailer or sturdy corrugated box accordingly, depending on size and weight of item. All packing material is new and all items are carefully and professionally packed.
Tracking Information: Delivery Confirmation email with tracking number is automatically sent upon shipment of your order.
Insurance:
Insurance is optional but recommended. Buyer assumes responsibility for any uninsured lost, stolen, damaged or misdirected items.
Customs:

Wrong Item:
3 Day Return - For the original purchaser who receives or is delivered the wrong item from date of delivery. (This excludes accidental damage, normal wear, abuse, neglect or misuse). Return item unused and undamaged in original packaging with valid #RMA for full refund - shipping and handling included.

Cost of return postage from buyer will be reimbursed upon receiving and approval of returned item with valid copy of receipt for postage.
