and love to collect them.

Flying Fish frame in their auctions but not under our name,
they are stealing image! Their item may not be the same one as we,
Flying Fish and I, selling;

Q: Will you have larger / smaller size?
A: Sadly,
our items are factory made and we don't do custom made order. Our items are usually
one size unless otherwise stated.
We
will produce larger sizes clothings in the future, please sign up for my store
newsletter and wait we announce it! :)
Q: How long is your handling time? When will you ship out item?
A: We usually ship out items at the same day or the next business day.
If you
want your item shipped at a time frame, please kindly let us know so we will
arrange that.
Q:
You didn't include the free necklace! You cheated me!
A: Now we put "while supplies last" on
newer listings to avoid the hassle.... Actually, we
are human being and we may
forgot to include
the necklace accidentally. Sorry if this happens to you! We did not meant to
cheat. :( When you remind
us we will remember we
forgot to include
it and mail it to you at our cost! So no worries. :)
**However, the supplies of
necklaces are running on low.... please act fast! ;)
Q: The item is tight / lose on me, could you do something on it?
A: We feel sorry if the item does not fit you, please read the measurement in
listings and grab a tape measure to see if
the measurements fit or not before buying.
It will be the best if you give some allowance, as those are item measurements
not
body
measurements.
Q:
The item is not fit / I don't like it now, can I return it / change another item
/ have it refund?
A: We
are sorry that we can't do return nor refund your item. Once it is sold, it is
yours. Once you tried it on, it is not brand new. As most people still like lolita
fashion is custome, few people want to try it on, feel it, have photos taken,
and return it. If this happens on us, we have to jack up our price.... this is
no good to everyone. We do not want our customers get a used garment. Therefore,
please understand that we CAN NOT return or refund the item you purchased. :)

Buyer pays for shipping fee.
USPS Priority Mail / USPS International Priority Mail will be
used.
Shipping
cost will be caculated depends on the weight by USPS calculator.
Since once we had a customer not agree our shipping cost
after the item arrived, even though every eBayer understand that if not agree
the shipping cost, DO NOT BID it. But she just not understand.... so now we changed
to using USPS calculator provided by eBay; if it still did wrong calculation....
it is not my fault then.

buyers = International buyers)
Some countries do not accept Global International Mail; if you
are in those locations,
airmail will be used.
I will contact you if you are located
in one of those countries. :)
My listing has the option of choosing express mail by USPS.
