Printer Basics is a small sub company of the UK’s number one independent retailer of ink cartridges.
The main part of the company has been trading for over eight years with great success. These past eight
years have given us experience and solid support networks which we aim to draw upon to create an overall
great customer experience.
A small, dedicated team forms the heart of Printer Basics. This team aim to give the best quality
at a basic price whilst focusing on trading within certain internet marketplaces such as eBay & Amazon. All of
our compatible ink cartridges meet strict ISO9001 quality standards to ensure our customers are fully
satisfied with our products. This satisfaction means a great deal to us at Printer Basics and so if
you have any issues or queries, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can fix the problem for you.

| Guarantee |

Our products are backed by our 12 month guarantee unless otherwise stated on the listing. This means that
if for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, we will be pleased to offer a like for like
replacement or refund. A refund will only be issued once the items have been returned, and inspected.
A pre paid postage label / envelope will be provided for the return of faulty products. We will require an initial
correspondence by email explaining the reason for the return in order to start the returns procedure.

We offer to refund unwanted / unopened items within 30 days of purchase. We kindly ask that the items were
bought from Printer Basics and are returned in their original condition. We recommend asking your post office
for proof of postage as Royal Mail will not accept liability for lost items without it.

As a Jersey based business, our guideline delivery time is Standard Royal Mail 1st class + 1 business day. We aim to offer a quick and efficient service and deliver your order to you as soon as possible. If your purchase is completed before 12:45pm GMT Monday - Friday, your goods will be shipped on the same day, subject to order volume.
