Payment is due within 5 days following the close of the auction. Fees We do not charge state taxes on most of our items since they are not taxable in Pennsylvania. Individual listings must be checked to see where state taxes are applicable. We charge a small handling fee on some items; we charge 15% restocking fees plus shipping for returned items at our discretion unless specified differently. These modifications allow us to deeply discount our merchandise and offer it on ebay. Thank you for your understanding and adherence these policies. |

We ship exclusively with USPS Ground, Priority, Global Priority, etc. We will use UPS if requested. |
| Delivery |
We ship daily on all business days. All orders are guaranteed to leave our facility within 5 days of receiving payment. We will send you an e-mail with the tracking number of your item when shipped. Please be sure that we are not kept out of your mailbox by your spam blocker! |
| Refunds & Returns |
We are very happy to issue refunds for items that are found to be unsatisfactory for any reason. We must be contacted by e-mail or telephone within 72 hours of delivery of your item as stated on the USPS delivery form. We will refund all monies via paypal, less shipping and 15% restocking fee. At our discretion, we reserve the right to replace or exchange a defective item. In some cases, we will issue a store credit. SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY FOR OUR 2006 UJENA CRUISEWEAR LINE OF BIKINIS & COVERUPS!
All orders are processed by 12pm Pacific Standard Time. All orders are shipped complete and will arrive within the shipping time below.
United States Shipping Options:
Regular (8-10 business days): Up to 6 items $ 7.95, 7 + items $ 9.95
Priority (4-7 business days): Up to 6 items $ 14.90, 7 + items $ 19.90
Express (3-4 business days, no P.O. boxes): Up to 6 items $ 21.00, 7 + items $ 36.00
Overnight (Next business day, no P.O. boxes): Up to 6 items $ 29.00, 7 + items $ 46.00
Other:
Canada/AK/HI/PR (7-20 business days): Up to 6 items $ 8.95, 7 + items $11.95
International (7-20 business days): Up to 6 items $ 20.00, 7 + items $40.00

Consider your home our dressing room. When you buy OUR fashion items online, you have have the opportunity to try on the item under your own conditions. All of our products can be returned for an exchange except for our G-string, thong and tonga bottom, underwear, videos, custom and sale items. If you wish to exchange an item, please enclose the original invoice with your securely packed item(s) and state the reason for your return. All tags must be attached to the garments (NO exceptions).
In order for us to maintain our low prices, please remit $5.95 to cover postage and handling of your exchange request. All exchanges must be made within 30 days from your invoice date. Returns must be received no later than 30 days from the date you placed your order for a refund. Your refund may take up to 80 calender days from the date we received it from you. We never refund shipping and handling charges. A restocking fee of up to 15% will be charged on returns/refunds over $175 or if you return over 75% of your order.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, we will gladly replace it with the same item with no shipping charge. Absolutely no returns will be accepted for any reason later than 30 calender days from your order date. We are NOT responsible for lost packages being returned. We are not responsible for packages dropped off and not signed for. Be sure to give us a secured address.
Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered CAN NOT be taken back. If we receive such goods we will charge you $30 and return the items to you. Any customer doing excessive returns will be taken off our mailing list and no further orders will ever be accepted. There will be a $25.00 charge on all checks that do not clear or for chargs backs.
