Please inspect all items by the time it arrived.
Customer must contact us within 7 days after the date of package arrived via
email or phone call for all claims of shipment problem.

Since all of our products are sold as brand new,
all damaged products are considered damage during transit.

We will NOT be responsible for
any lost or damage.

USPS does not included any insurance
compensation. Unless you added the insurance coverage.

UPS included up to $100 insurance. If your item
is more than $100, but you did not buy additional insurance, the maximum
compensation will be $100

If you did have insurance, and received damage
item or lost package, please contact us within 7 days to help you on the
process claim. If the claim is approved and after we get the compensation
from shipping carrier, we will re-send the item to you ASAP.

If the product you received is not what you
purchased, missing parts or manufacturer's defective, we will gladly replace
it at no charge. However, it may be necessary that you can provide a photo to
show us the problem before we issue a return label for you.

original, resell able condition (must have all original parts and packaging,
