- Return Policy - Our 60-day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is more comprehensive and
longer than any other A/V seller on eBay. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product you can ship it back to us
with no questions asked for an exchange or refund of the product price. The product must still be in new condition and
include all of the packaging, manuals, etc.
- U.S.A. Domestic Shipping Policy - One of the places we feel most eBay sellers
fall short on is shipping cost and quality. Many sellers charge bloated rates for low quality shipping methods. At Pro Cables Direct almost all of our items ship absolutely free! Additional Notes: Due to past issues we no longer ship to APO/FPO mailing addresses.
- International Shipping Policy - Pro Cables Direct ships our products worldwide. Our
international shipping costs are totally transparent. We charge you only the actual shipping cost from USPS plus $1.00 for
handling, that’s it. Additional Notes: We ship worldwide via USPS First Class and USPS Global
Priority however certain countries we only ship via USPS Global Priority (more secure, faster) due to past issues, here is
the list of those specific countries: Italy, Israel and Puerto Rico.

A: There are many factors allow us to offer you such great deals, here are a couple: 1) We buy from people that are motivated to sell so we can often get products for less than wholesale so we can sell it for less than retail; 2) We buy in large lots; 3) We work on high
volume and low profit margins. Translation: You get great brands at a discount price.

Q: Are your products new?
A: All of our products are completely brand new, never been used, and non-refurbished. Some are in retail packaging and
others are not.
Q: Why are some of the products not in retail packaging?
A: To be able to offer such great prices we purchase our cables in wholesale bulk. Because we are buying wholesale the products do not always come in retail packaging. Also, we are often buying from installers and other professionals who buy deal only with cables (they have no use for retail packaging)
Q: I want a larger quantity than is posted in your auction, how can I order more?
A: We have all the product quantity you need in our eBay store. For each live
auction we also have an inventory auction posting that is only viewable in the store. So if you need 2 or 3 or even 50, we
have you covered!
Shipping
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is automatically calculated on all of the auctions. There is a calculator provided by eBay toward the bottom of
the auction. Simply put in your zip code or country and the shipping price will appear.
Q: I want to buy more than one item, how much will shipping cost?
A: If you are buying multiple of the same item in one of our inventory auctions, you can calculate the exact shipping cost
with the calculator at the bottom of the auction.
Q: Why don't you ship to APO/FPO address anymore?
A: Unfortunately eBay doesn’t provide any tools to accurately print APO/FPO shipping labels. Half the time the postage rate or customs form is wrong and the package gets returned to us. The other half of the time the package never reaches the customer. This made for unhappy customers and unhappy Pro Cables Direct. If anyone out there knows an easy solution for APO/FPO postage please let us know, we would love to start shipping there again.
Q: How long will it take to receive my product?
A: Pro Cables Direct provides several shipping options for you to choose from. USPS First Class is a great low cost option, but ship times can vary widely. If you need fast shipping and/or accurate product tracking we strongly recommend either USPS Priority or Express shipping. Shipping options:

- International Shipping (shipping time and tracking):
- USPS First Class Mail International – (2-5 weeks*; no tracking)
