SHIPPING:
No matter how well a wheel may be packed, if a sharp object is dropped on the wheel or the package has taken a hit, rarely the wheel may get damaged in shipping. But we want you to know that if this happens we will take care of it immediately without any additional cost to you. We will have that wheel picked up or will send you return label and will replace it with another one immediately if we have in stock, or provide a full refund if we are unable to replace it. Please contact us as soon as you recieve a damaged wheel.
TRACKING INFORMATION:
All our shippments within US and Canada are sent through UPS or FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested and we provide the tracking number upon shippment!
International shippments and shippments going to APO addresses are sent through USPS and most don't have a tracking process. USPS Airmail usually takes 4-10 days and Economy could take 4-6 weeks. Please notify us on your choice of International shipping method.
WARRANTY, GUARANTEE and RETURNS:
We proudly offer a full year warranty on all our wheels and guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied for any reason you are welcome to return the wheel for a full refund, less shipping costs, within 14 days in same condition and in same packaging as you recieved it in. If we have made a mistake to cause your dissatisfaction we will issue you a pickup or will mail you a return label so that there is no cost to you.
