Delivery options for Canada:

  1. UPS World Ground: Please allow 4-10 days for delivery. All Canadian taxes and import duties are the sole responsibility of the bidder. This includes any UPS brokerage fees. UPS packages are Traceable, and can be tracked online. By bidding on our auctions, you agree to abide by the terms listed.

  2. UPS Expedited Service: Please call us Mon-Fri,9am-6pm PST for your exact rates. .Expedited packages arrive in approx. 3-5 days. Please do not request this service, unless circumstances warrant it, s the cost can be up to 10 times that of a ground package. All Canadian taxes and import duties are the sole responsibility of the bidder. This includes any UPS brokerage fees.

  3. Post Office: We may ship smaller items (usually under 2 pounds) via USPS/USPS Global Priority, when applicable. We do not honor  requests for shipment of larger items utilizing a particular shipping carrier. Please, understand, we ship thousands of items daily, and by keeping our categorized delivery methods, we can offer you  such low prices here on eBay. All Canadian taxes and import duties are the sole responsibility of the bidder. This includes all brokerage fees.   

  4. All International Service: We ship international packages via USPS/USPS Global Priority, FedEx, or UPS dependant upon size of your order. We cannot honor  requests for shipment of items utilizing a particular shipping carrier. Please, understand, we ship thousands of items daily, and by keeping our categorized delivery methods, we can offer you  such low prices here on eBay. All taxes, brokerage fees and import duties are the sole responsibility of the bidder.  

International payments may be subject to a 10 business day hold.

This includes Money Orders, Cashier Checks, and Bank Drafts.

  1. U.S. Postal Service: When possible, we ship using Priority 2-4 day service For selected larger or oversized items, we may have to ship via UPS Air, and additional fees may be incurred. We request a physical address when specifying delivery  of your item.

**Our General sales terms**

All sales on eBay are considered final upon the auction close. This is why it is easy to find deals, or in our case, below wholesale prices. In order for us to offer such unbelievable  prices, we must cut our costs in other areas. By corresponding with us through email opposed to calling us, you help us continue  to knock down prices.

Any and all questions, concerns, etc must be addressed PRIOR to placing your bid. We receive a significant number of non-paying bidders for just about any  reason you could think of.

"Bids are never retractable except in exceptional circumstances", per the eBay user agreement, except the 3 situations defined below-

1. "when the seller materially changes the item's description after your bid was placed"

2."a clear typographical error is made"

3." you cannot authenticate the seller's identity"

"If your car got wrecked last night"," your friend no longer wants it"," you changed your mind" we understand, but you still need to pay for your auction you are legally liable for. Once the bidding has ended, there is pretty much no ability for either us as the seller, or you as the bidder, to negotiate any of the terms, per eBay's Policy. In the event we do not receive your payment, we will first contact you. We realize situations may come up in which the payment was not sent, and will make every effort to work out a fair solution. Unfortunately, if we do not hear from you, or you refuse the item, we start the eBay non-paying bidder process afforded us. After 3 non-paying bidder warnings, your account may be subject to an indefinite suspension. At our discretion, we may accept a  cancellation fee of 10% to cover our costs associated with listing, marketing, packaging of the item.

 Simply follow the above ordering instructions, and we both can easily get your order out to you as quickly as possible- we have many auctions running at all times, and from time to time, a winning bidder email may have been left out-we would appreciate a phone call, collect if you like, to help us both solve any and all problems-our payment info is above, as long as you include the item # and/or userid, we will ship out regardless of weather we emailed you or not, just add the total up, and we'll let you know when it has arrived, and shipped-

In the event you are unhappy with our service or the item itself, we only ask for an opportunity to resolve the problem before you leave a neutral or negative comment. Generally, a misunderstanding or dispute can be resolved by telephone. You can request another person's contact information using the Registered User Information Request form. If you are paying with paypal, we must ship to your "Confirmed" credit card billing address, for our safety. Please give us the confirmed billing address of the credit card you will be using to avoid any type of delay. If your confirmed billing address is a PO Box UPS will not deliver (this is UPS' limitation), and this may affect your shipping total.
If you insist on using a different shipping service than the pre-designated for your item,( UPS, USPS Priority Mail, Federal Express), we will accommodate you if we can, but only if we cover our cost. If we need to setup a new relationship, or travel out of our office to a shipping depot, there will be a $100 service charge for each box that is shipped. For example, USPS ,takes at least one hour of travel time because they do not pick up from our work location. Again, the customer is always right and we will work with your shipper, but we need to cover our cost to do so-

Right To Cancel

We reserve the right to not do business with bidders who have unresolved negative feedbacks, or have left negative feedbacks to any seller without trying to first solve the problem. We believe any problem you may have can be worked out, if you also want to solve it-. We also reserve the right to not do business if there is an incident of bid shielding (where a user pulls out at the last moment in order to have another buyer get the item at a lower bid) before the auction closes We reserve the right to void the auction under fraudulent circumstances, or retracted bids within 2 hours of auction close--

 RETURN POLICIES

Refunds will be issued in store credit ONLY (no cash refunds). Exceptions to the policy include damaged products, defective items, incorrect items, or if the return is a result of our error.

We email every customer within 3 days of auction close-But we reserve the right to provide payment info, since all information is located here. If you do not receive an email, please either give us a call, or follow the instructions for payment located here. Regardless of whether or not you were emailed, your item is reserved for at least 14 days from auction close. We find it frustrating to receive negative feedback for "not emailing info" when all info is at your fingertips-

Buyer pays shipping/handling charges, EVERY auction this amount is clearly listed in all of our auctions. After the bidding is closed, you should know the total, by adding the s/h to the final bid.
We ship items by UPS, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, and USPS shipments, Dependent upon the item
size, weight, location, etc.
PayPal,  Bidpay,  Payinfas tall offer Visa/Mastercard payments with some type of limited Guarantee that we ship the exact item listed in the auction to you. We have sold on eBay close to 5 years, and have been in business for over 10 years-We are not out to "rip you off" in these cases, there is usually a reason, such as:

  • NO ITEM #

  • INCORRECT AMOUNT

  • NO ADDRESS/NAME

  • (AND YES, WE DO MAKE MISTAKES TOO)

RETURNING AN ITEM TO US

We spend countless hours to insure our descriptions are accurate, and informative. We do make mistakes from time to time, and will correct the situation, to the best of our ability.

We will exchange the item, when possible, or issue a full refund. Of course if we ship you an incorrect item, you receive a package damaged per freight, or our description is clearly wrong ,we will fully reimburse any shipping fees for you to facilitate the return of the item to us- For these types of situations,  when we are responsible, you must talk to one of our helpful customer service representatives, who will issue you a RM (Return-Authorization Number)

We do not accept returns of any kind without an RM # clearly written on the actual shipping package.

Please thoroughly inspect your order upon delivery.


Please note if the item size, and condition match what was described from within the ebay listing. If your order arrives with obvious damage, you do have the option of refusing the package, and the shipping company will return the merchandise to us at no charge to you. Upon receipt, we will ship out a replacement order immediately. If you discover damage after you already have accepted the delivery, simply call the shipper (usually UPS) and file a damage claim. They will reimburse you for the value of the damaged merchandise. IF THERE WAS AN ERROR IN YOUR ORDER Our goal is to get every order correct but occasionally a mistake can happen. No refund or exchange on body parts after it had been installed, modified or painted. All returns must be in original box and in brand new, resale condition.
