**Our General sales terms**
All sales on eBay are considered final upon the auction close. This is why it is easy to find deals, or in our case, below wholesale prices. In order for us to offer such unbelievable prices, we must cut our costs in other areas. By corresponding with us through email opposed to calling us, you help us continue to knock down prices.
Any and all questions, concerns, etc must be addressed PRIOR to placing your bid. We receive a significant number of non-paying bidders for just about any reason you could think of.
"Bids are never retractable except in exceptional circumstances", per the eBay user agreement, except the 3 situations defined below-
1. "when the seller materially changes the item's description after your bid was placed"
2."a clear typographical error is made"
3." you cannot authenticate the seller's identity"
"If your car got wrecked last night"," your friend no longer wants it"," you changed your mind" we understand, but you still need to pay for your auction you are legally liable for. Once the bidding has ended, there is pretty much no ability for either us as the seller, or you as the bidder, to negotiate any of the terms, per eBay's Policy. In the event we do not receive your payment, we will first contact you. We realize situations may come up in which the payment was not sent, and will make every effort to work out a fair solution. Unfortunately, if we do not hear from you, or you refuse the item, we start the eBay non-paying bidder process afforded us. After 3 non-paying bidder warnings, your account may be subject to an indefinite suspension. At our discretion, we may accept a cancellation fee of 10% to cover our costs associated with listing, marketing, packaging of the item.

We reserve the right to not do business with bidders who have unresolved negative
feedbacks, or have left negative feedbacks to any seller without trying to first solve the
problem. We believe any problem you may have can be worked out, if you also want to solve it-. We also reserve the right to not do business if there is an incident of bid shielding (where a user pulls out at the last moment in order to have another buyer get the item at a lower bid) before the auction closes

RETURN POLICIES
Refunds will be issued in store credit ONLY (no cash refunds). Exceptions to the policy include damaged products, defective items, incorrect items, or if the return is a result of our error.
We email every customer within 3 days of auction close-But we reserve the right to provide payment
info, since all information is located here. If you do not receive an email,
please either give us a call, or follow the instructions for payment located
here. Regardless of whether or not you were emailed, your item is reserved for at least 14 days from auction
close. We find it frustrating to receive negative feedback for "not emailing info" when all info is at your fingertips-
Buyer pays shipping/handling charges, EVERY auction this amount is clearly listed in all of our
auctions. After the bidding is closed, you should know the total, by adding the s/h to the final bid. NO ITEM # INCORRECT AMOUNT NO ADDRESS/NAME (AND YES, WE DO MAKE MISTAKES TOO) We hope you will give us a call before leaving negative feedback to try and fix the

customer service representatives, who will issue you a RM (Return-Authorization
Number) We do not accept returns
of any kind without an RM # clearly written on the actual shipping package. Please
thoroughly inspect your order upon
delivery.
Please note if the item
size, and condition match what was described
from within the ebay listing. If your order arrives with obvious damage, you do
have the option of refusing the package, and the shipping company will return the merchandise to
us at no charge to you. Upon receipt, we will ship out a replacement order immediately. If you discover damage after you already have accepted the delivery, simply call the shipper (usually UPS) and file a damage claim. They will reimburse you for the value of the damaged merchandise.
IF THERE WAS AN ERROR IN YOUR ORDER
Our goal is to get every order correct but occasionally a mistake can happen. If you feel you have received the wrong merchandise, please phone us with complete details and we will resolve the
situation. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable unless it is our
mistake, in which case a full refund of any s/h charges will be given. Please
hand-fit all items prior to installation. Once altered,modified,painted,etc the item will no longer be accepted for return or exchange. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from ProCarParts.com. You can obtain the return authorization number by contacting us at the phone # listed. Shortages and damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
All items are sold as a final sale, we have this policy so we can continue to give our customers the absolute best price we can-except certain circumstances where a return will be accepted by Procarparts.com
No returns after 7 days of delivery.
No refund or exchange on body parts after it had been installed, modified or painted.
All returns must be in original box and in brand new, resale condition.
New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the item . We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the

If you insist on using a different shipping service than the pre-designated for your item,( UPS, USPS Priority Mail,
Federal Express), we will accommodate you if we can, but only if we cover our cost. If we need to setup a new relationship, or travel out of our office to a shipping depot, there will be a $100 service charge for each box that is
shipped. For example, USPS ,takes at least one hour of travel time because they do not pick up from our work location. Again, the customer is always right and we will work with your shipper, but we need to cover our cost to do so-
We ship items by UPS, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, and USPS shipments,
Dependent upon the item size, weight, location, etc.
PayPal, Bidpay, Payinfas tall offer Visa/Mastercard payments with some type of limited Guarantee that we ship the exact item listed in the auction to
