Key Individuals

James C. Duke:  President of Equipment Xchange. Jim has 36 years of experience in buying, appraising and selling process machinery to the international marketplace. As an accredited machinery appraiser he established several guidelines used today by other equipment appraisers. For more than 25 years Jim has managed the sales departments for two major equipment suppliers, selling both used and new machinery. As a results driven manager, able to communicate effectively with multiple disciplines, he has gained a reputation as a forthright professional who builds strong business relationships by always keeping his word.  JDUKE@exllc.com

Jack Anthony DeStefano: Vice President of Sales. Jack has 24 years of experience buying and selling process machinery to the international marketplace.  Jack has managed sales teams for two major equipment suppliers.  Jack is credited with opening the used equipment market in Japan and South America for two major equipment dealers. jacka@exllc.com

Donald L. Alf:  Vice President Centrifuge Department.  Don has 34 years of experience buying and selling centrifuges or other process equipment worldwide. He spent  20 years with Sharples an original equipment manufacturer (OEM), as a sales and service representative. For the past 13 years Don has managed the centrifuge sales for another major equipment company. He is regarded as one of the industries' foremost centrifuge expert and has demonstrated a willingness to share his knowledge with others.  DAlf@exllc.com

Scott R. Tarzy: Scott has 13 years of experience buying, selling and appraising equipment in the worldwide market.  Scott has successfully implemented internal systems including contact management, lead and sales tracking and an inventory program second to none in the industry.  Scott designed the website and maintains webmaster status overseeing the web trends and ranking of www.exllc.com and www.equipmentxchange.com  Scott is responsible for purchasing of inventory and manages consignment programs for Equipment Xchange.  starzy@exllc.com
