Contact was founded in 1995 after former NBA star
Kermit Washington took a trip to Rwanda, Africa with Northwest
Medical Teams, an organization that brings medical relief to
different nations of Africa. During his time there, he observed
such a high rate of human suffering and such atrocious living
conditions; he was inspired to try to make a change himself.
Kermit decided to expand his then existing charity, The
Sixth Man Foundation, a local (Oregon) charity that helps
out the citizens of Portland, into something more global.
Project Contact was born.
Since the beginning of Project Contact in
1995, Kermit has made 24 trips to Nairobi, Kenya. The doctors and
nurses that volunteer to go with him each trip have been bringing
medical relief to areas in which there is no running water or even
electricity, let alone medical care. The teams consist of Kermit
and volunteers consisting of doctors, nurses, homemakers and
everyday citizens who take out two weeks of their lives to assist
in this worthy cause.

There is a per shipping box handling fee and insurance is extra.

Return Policy Details: Returns are only allowed with defective products that do not work or install within 7 days of receipt. Product must be returned and received within 27 days of the payment date. If it is received after that then full refund will be given minus PayPal Fees.

PLEASE Keep that in mind when shopping at my store. If you purchase something for $2 and it weighs 2 pounds, you will be billed at 2 pounds. The farther you are away from the shipping location, the more the shipping will be. If shipping carriers billed by value than I would bill by value. It is unfair for me to get negative emails complaining about my shipping costs on a $2 item when it is 2 pounds and USPS does bill $7+ to ship it from MD to CA.

Most Candle Manufacturers use 100% Paraffin wax which has been known not to be the healthiest wax to burn. It is made from Petroleum waste. Burning ~100% Paraffin candles produces smoke and soot. The use of 100% Paraffin wax candles produce that ugly black carbon smoke that will stick to your walls and stain them. It is not too great to breathe in as well.
ALL Candles are made to order and ship out within 3-5 working days from payment. There is no way to get away from paraffin in candles as it is extremely good for holding the scent oil in scented candles. The Major brand candle makers use 100% Paraffin because it is cheap and they can profit much more.
RezCandles Custom Candles uses only 10% or less Paraffin wax to hold all the scent and the balance of the candle that help burning time is made with 100% All Natural Palm Wax.
