Payment Information
	PayPal is the prefered payment method. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover over the phone.  770-486-5668.  Postal Money Orders are also accepted.  PTC Factory Outlet is not responsible for lost or stolen mail.   Winning bidder notification with checkout and payment instructions will be sent to buyer within 24 hours of end of auction. Buyers are required to provide payment within 1 week from auction close. Late payments may result in order cancellation.
Shipping Information
	All orders placed by 2:00pm EST ship same business day if in stock!  All orders are shipped UPS Ground Service unless otherwise stated in the auction.  PTC Factory Outlet is only responsible for shipment, not delivery. We ship all merchandise complete and properly packaged. Any damage, loss, or missing claims must be made with the carrier. Tracking Numbers are automatically emailed to you within 24 hours if you paid via PayPal.  Please email for us for a tracking number if you paid using another service.  All items are in stock as of the date of listing. Even with our huge inventory, on rare occasions items may become out of stock due to high volume of sales. If this is the case, we will order the part from the manufacturer, and, if it is available, have it on the way to you 1-2 weeks! Please note that because we sell outside ebay as well, the qty available in an auction does not reflect the qty on hand.   Shipping rates are for the continental US states only! All orders are processed immediately upon clearance of payment.  Usually items are received within 4-7 days after shipment. Please contact us for a shipping and handling quote to any address outside of the continental US prior to bidding. All items are shipped via UPS Ground unless stated otherwise.
Returning An Item For Refund Or Exchange
	PTC Factory Outlet will gladly accept returns under these guidelines: Items determined to be defective, may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Some specialty items are not returnable/refundable/cancelable under any circumstances (see product description for details). Customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred with a return or exchange. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You must call PTC Factory Outlet and have a Sales Representative approve your return and issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers expire 30 days after they are issued. Items returned without an RMA number or using an expired RMA number will be refused.
Feedback Policy
	PTC Factory Outlet does not leave feedback until the buyer has left feedback.  If you are happy with your purchase please leave Positive Feedback and PTC Factory Outlet will leave positive feedback for you within 48 hours.  Please contact us if you do not recieve your positive feedback.  Buyers who fail to complete a transaction will will be reported to eBay as a non-paying bidder.   Any customer that leaves negative/neutral feedback without giving us the opportunity to resolve a problem will receive negative feedback.
