 Now a word about our negative feedback.  It was from a total scum buyer who purchased a pair of cut resistant ($20) gloves for $2 and said they weren't what he thought they were (we had complete description and actual item pictured) We offered a refund. He wanted the $2  refund plus $11 shipping (we had charged $3 shipping).  We told him where to go so the jerk gave us a negative. 

And Ebay has this wonderful new policy in place to protect the buyers. Except it really just protects the scammers! Scammers love the new feedback system. Ebay also has done away with Square Trade arbitratration. So us honest sellers trudge along and hope the buyers ignore the scammers negative feedbacks because there is no way it can be removed.
