Q: I won one of your auctions, what now?

A:  Shortly after the auction has ended the Ebay system will automatically generate a winning bidder notification which will be sent to your email address as registered with eBay.  This email will include the total cost, our accepted methods of payment and all other relevant information.

Prompt payment is appreciated.  If you are sending payment via snail mail, please check out through the Ebay system or email me so that I know that payment is on the way.

Q:  What forms of payment do you accept? 

A:  I accept all major credit cards through PayPal, United States Postal Service money orders, and personal checks drawn on banks in the United States. 

To avoid currency difficulties, all purchases from outside the U.S.A. must be paid with PayPal.

Q:  If I purchase more than one item will you combine shipping? 

A:  Absolutely.  We are glad to combine items and save you money on shipping!  Shipping for each additional item is usually in the neighborhood of $1.00 - $1.50 depending upon weight.    Multi-volume book sets are usually about $1.00 per each additional volume.  If you wish to take advantage of my shipping discount for combining multiple items, you must pay for all items on one invoice to avoid additional transaction costs charged by PayPal.

Q:  How soon will I receive the items I purchased? 

A:  We ship all items promptly (we ship at least twice each week).  To keep shipping costs low for our customers, we use USPS Media Mail unless Priority Mail is requested .  Most customers will receive their items in about 7 to 10 days.  However, if you look at our feedback you will see that many of our customers praise us because they received their purchased item in only 2 or 3 days.  On the flip side of that, Media Mail is a low priority item for USPS and I once had an item take more than three weeks to arrive.  Such long transit times are anomalies that rarely occur but the option of Priority Mail is available if you definitely have to have it right away.

Q:  What is your return policy? 

A:  It is very important to us that all of our customers be 100% satisfied with their purchase.  Therefore, your purchase is returnable as long as you notify me and return within 7 days of receiving the item(s).  I will refund 100% of your purchase price but cannot refund any shipping expenses.

Q:  I have noticed that some of the larger sellers do not leave feedback for customers.  Do you? 

A:  Feedback is left for every transaction.
