| Hello and Welcome to this page! I am very excited about doing this page and grateful that ebay offers it! ALL ARTWORKS and stories art copyrighted and not to be used unless by my permission. I am honored when one of my artworks are purchased and the positive feedback that follows. I am a self taught artist. I love nature and have a great respect for it, I hope to convey that in my art too.
About My art: There are countless amounts of time, thought and lots and lots of love that go into my artwork. ( Doing this is my passion!!!!)
I draw inspiration from little bumblebees and honeybees,trees, birds, butterflies, spiders and dragonflies that live in or visit my garden. I believe in helping the earth and I am a conservationist. I love wildlife.
How my artwork is created;
I taught myself how to paint silhouettes originally on paper and sketch. From there I worked very hard and diligently to learn how to paint with my waicom tablet into my computer, but what I found is that I was not wasting paper.....all my artwork is painted, free-hand drawn right into my computer. I have taken all the principals I have learned through the years on paper or canvas/watercolor and applied what I have learned to the artwork I am doing now. I have worked very hard to accomplish this and so much time has been invested... what my customers get because of this technique I have developed is a crisp and clear piece of artwork that has been created with love and thought for the environment as well. My Fairy silhouettes have very distinct features, you can see the lips, nose, little eyelashes and fingers very clearly. The colors always print out true and rich. The fairies that I create and their home is faeriewood:) and so I honor the trees by doing my best to pass on something that is not only unique but something environmentally friendly. I believe that this is part of what fairies do stand for, nature and caring for it. This is what I believe and love.
About the products I use;
I use 7 inks that are made in Japan, very fine quality. Beautiful color ratio.
The paper is made here in the USA and is also very fine quality. Acid free, heavy weight art paper.
The Mattes are also acid free, fine quality by Crescent.

Noted; I have worked very hard to accomplish a name and style for myself, as I said above I am a self taught artist: that came with dedication and hard work and a lot of love for this particular art form. On occasion I have seen people copy me and outright plagiarize my artwork. This is really very wrong to do to another person who has put in so much of themselves wholeheartedly to their art. It is also unfair to their customers who collect their work. Artists like myself do not deserve this and need, not only the support of each other, but our customers and ebay at large to not allow this to happen to the people who have worked hard and are honest. I have not only worked hard to be here, I also pay a fee to list on Ebay to show and sell my artwork. Show respect for that toward myself, my art and my customers who collect it.
