My name is Angelika and I operate this small online business to sell my handmade creations, other nice vintage goods and crafting items.

I have made my own clothes for many years, very seldom shop at the mall and treasure skillfully handmade clothes, jewelry and home decoration.
I also have a passion for anything vintage, especially for 70s items, patterns and music...since I was already around during this era, I guess you may call me "vintage", too (smiles)
Many years of crocheting, knitting and sewing experience will bring you a lot of beautiful quality clothes and accessories and decor, made with lots of care and good vibes.
And I am happy that there are still so many Hippie people around who live with "love, peace and happiness" on their minds and in their souls.
I live in Ponca City, rural Oklahoma, with my husband Sid and we enjoy the slower country life and beautiful nature that surrounds us.
What inspired me to name my family biz "Purple Sage Handmade Designz"? Purple Sage is one of the plants used in Native American spiritual and cleansing ceremonies. Many times my companion and I will stop at the road side to pick a few bundles and dry them at home.
I am not of Native American decent, but accompany my Native American husband and relatives to many traditional events.
Hand designed and crafted goods play a large role in our life, the process of creating a OOAK quality good is very satisfying and I am very grateful for my customers to come and buy my creations.

All items are made in our smokefree home. And our great Kelpie dog Oscar stays outside in our large yard, so there will be no animal hair on any of our products either.
