Welcome to my little place in cyberspace.  Wanting to give you a little more information about me.  I live in the great state of Iowa.  I am a Hawkeye Fan through and through.  I live in what is called the Technology Corridor between Cedar Rapids and Iowa City, Iowa.

Ebaying is a family affair.  My husband being the number one photographer (he has his own eBay business as well-check out 64gumpbird).  He actually introduced me to eBay.  And I have been involved with it ever since.  I strive to be very customer oriented.  I have a very liberal refund policy, feeling that buying on the internet can be a fun and a wonderful experience. I have found people to be very understanding and helpful, including the eBay and PayPal staff.  I have, however, developed a few opinions.

1. That if a customer is unhappy with their purchase all they need to do is email me.  I do  feel that negative feedback should only be used when a problem can not be resolved. 

2.  As a seller,feedback should be left for the buyer upon the completion of their part of the transaction. As with most things in life, communication is very important to me.

3.Don't buy or bid unless you are serious about purchasing the item.  So much time is wasted with people who don't pay for the items.  Eventhough they cannot received negative feedback, sooner or later, they will be kicked off of ebay if this behavior continues.

On a happier note-I have had the opportunity to work with people through-out the world.  Searching for jewelry has helped me appreciate the talents of so many people.  I strive to bring quality items at affordable prices!!

As for hobbies, I enjoy traveling, reading and my grandchildren!
